Organized stalking

Organized stalkers are like bullies as they specialize in picking on people who  do not like to call for help whatever be the reason. Like school bullies, they will pick on those who they feel are weaker than them and will not be able to attack them back.

However, they are basically cowards and are like cockroaches, as they cannot withstand their actions being seen in the light. They cannot withstand the scrutiny of their action and when the the light is on -- and EVERYBODY is watching them. The smart ones end up scurrying  for cover and go into hiding, the stupid ones end up in trouble.
